Completed content submitted through this form will be considered for exhibition on the OTV APP, non-exclusively. • Step 1: Submit your completed/finalized content through this portal for non-exclusive distribution.
• Step 2: The OTV leadership team reviews content on rolling slate needs basis and follow-up via Submittable. Please make sure the email associated with your submittable account receives emails 🚨🚨from submittable at 'notifications@email.submittable.com' 🚨🚨- and communication does not go to your spam folder. Submittable is how we manage our slate and process all communications.
• Step 3: If content (films/series) is approved, Development will follow-up with next steps which are: the licensee fee, legal info, the release strategy and marketing action items.
• Step 4: You receive your release date (based upon OTV slate strategy) and marketing kit.
• Step 5: Your content is released on the OTV APP.

Welcome to OTV Studio! Formerly known as Reunion Chicago, the OTV Studio is a one-stop shop for intersectional artists seeking to build their community, sharpen their media production, expand their film/tv knowledge and so much more.  We’ve built this space to serve as an intersectional production hub of media-making for artists with their creative visions at the center of their practice.

Located in the colorful neighborhood of Humboldt Park, the studio sits at the south-facing corner of W. North Avenue and Rockwell Avenue.  The 3,000 sqft storefront is located on the ground floor of a flex-use space and features 2 wheelchair-accessible bathrooms, akitchenette, two entrances, an editing bay, ashared washer/dryer, and a finished basement that includes a gear room and a 10-seat cinema room. 

The OTV Studio is available on first-come-first-served lottery system. On average we’re able to accommodate up to 12 bookings and reservations per quarter. At this time, all requests are prioritized for OTV Fellows, OTV Artists, OTV Partners and OTV Community Members. OTV Studio is ideal for:

• Table Reads, Rehearsals, Casting Calls or Relative Gathering 
• Team Meetings, Retreats or Co-working
• Private Screenings & Intimate Gatherings 
• Micro-Productions  (<10 people)

• If we have capacity to support your booking and reservation, please allow up to 2 weeks to hear from a member of our team.

Open Television (OTV) is thrilled to announce that we are now officially accepting applications for fiscal sponsorship opportunities!

This initiative is exclusively focused on supporting artist development and community-building programs that serve intersectional communities. We’re especially prioritizing working artists who have participated in any OTV program and remained engaged with the OTV Multiverse.

This is your opportunity to elevate your impact with the support of OTV’s network, resources, and shared vision.

Please note: This opportunity is specifically intended for initiatives that develop artists and foster community - such as filmmaker workshop series, mentorship pairings, collective-led salons, and other programming that actively identifies, supports, and activates the next generation of intersectional storytellers, filmmakers, and creatives.

At this time, we are not fiscally sponsoring one-off events, individual projects, films, series or productions that are not intentionally structured around long-term, community-rooted artist development.

How We Work Together: Through this program, OTV offers fiscal sponsorship services including:

• Access to OTV’s financial resources, including but not limited to: grant disbursements, fiscal management, and administrative operations support. A fiscal sponsorship fee ranging from 5–10% will be applied, based on the size and scope of the grant or funding received.
• Fundraising support in the form of grant writing, case-making and evaluation strategy.
• [Optional] Quarterly Check-Ins to review budget updates and overall program goals. These sessions offer space to align on self identified priorities, surface fundraising needs, and receive programmatic strategy guidance as needed. 
• Collaborative networking and access to OTV’s artist development resources
• Priority consideration for co-creating workshops, community events, or artist development activations - such as pitching ideas for OTV Studio programming or OTVLIVE[STREAM] - as opportunities arise
